Sephora - Tokidoki 0.33 oz Eau de Toilette Rollerball

I purchase this little Tokidoki perfume when they had the VIP sale going on.The discount was an additional 20% on everything you've purchased. I hadnothing I needed or wanted. Before I left the store I remembered that Sephorais planning to stop their Tokidoki line and their items were discounted. Mysisters wanted to get their makeup brushes but it was all sold out. So we gotthese little Toilette Rollerball perfume instead. They cost $10 originally and arenow on sale for $6 at the stores ($7 online) and of course I used my 20%coupon. Haha, didn't save much since it so cheap to begin with but money ismoney.

These rollerball perfumes come in a pretty silver box.

Sexy. French. Berry.

Both my sister and I picked the Adieu's fragrance.  I guess it's because we both like more of a fruity smell compared to a floral.

It smells very nice. And everything is very cute. The only problem I havewith this is the fragrance isn't that long lasting. I find that I had toreapply throughout the day. But I guess that's what you get for something thatcost under $6.

If anyone is interested in the Tokidoki products before they are all soldout go check out the Sephora website. They still have a couple of items left.

So anyone purchased and used the Tokidoki items? How you guys like them? Letme know!

Lush Rocketeer Bath bomb

I've made an online purchase through Lush over the summer and I haven't really used any of my items until now. One of the items I've gotten was the Lush Rocketeer bath bomb.

Lush site (US) description:

For an out-of-this-world bathing expedition, pop a Rocketeer Bath Bomb in the tub. The blue rocket pack shoots around your tub, leaving a wake of froth, fizz and the sweet scent of candy sticks. Watch the water change from blue to yellow to green as the yellow "flames" push the rocket around the tub. We made this one to entice our little ones into the tub for an exciting adventure, but it turns out (as usual) we like using it ourselves too!

I've seen so many reviews on this item and videos on YouTube so I was excited to try to get my hands on it. It's supposed to fizz around in your bath tub like a rocket and turns your tub into yellow, green, blue-ish colors.

When I received my package (from the UK, because items selling there are much cheaper compared to items sold in the US) the Rocketeer was cracked and crumbed into tiny pieces. I was upset because it seems like that's the only item in the box that wasn't wrapped correctly. And another strange thing was the package was cut open already so some of the bath bomb was sliding around the box. Since this bath bomb is broken it wouldn't have that rocket effect anymore. I informed Lush what had happen and they were nice enough to ship over a brand new one for me. I didn't have to pay for anything. They also didn't ask me to ship my broken item back either. I was very happy with their customer service. They really do want to keep their customers happy.

My Broken Rocketeer

My Brand New Rocketeer on the Right

So while I was waiting for my new Rocketeer to arrive I actually used some pieces of the bath bomb. Please see the YouTube video I've uploaded. It's nothing interesting. It did turned my water pretty blue and yellow. If you want to see what a Rocketeer do in the bath please check other YouTube videos online. There's so many of them already so I probably won't do one.

Anyone buy Lush products or tried their bath bombs? Let me know what you guys all think of them.

HadaLabo Gokujyun Moisturizing Cream from Sasa

I've purchased this HadaLabo Gokujyun Moisturizing Cream 50g item from the Asian Beauty website sasa.com. It cost me $17.50.

The cream came in a box which was wrapped in plastic. Everything is in Japanese so I can't tell you what's written on the box. Since this is such a popular brand/item I'm surprise they don't have multiple translations on it or maybe inside.

The weather has been getting cold and with the heat on at home my skin is on the dry side.  So I thought this would be a good time to test out this cream since HadaLabo claims their super hyaluronic acid helps nourish and restore skin's barrier to prevent moisture lost.  It should also helps soften the skin and keeps it smooth and hydrated.

I've used this cream a couple of days now and I like how this cream is very light and non-greasy.  I have combination skin and this cream does not make me break out.  It also gets absorbed into my skin very quickly.  This cream is also free of fragrances, mineral oil, alcohol and color.

I would use this product after cleansing and toning.  I apply an appropriate amount on the entire face.  I've used it both as a day and night cream.

So far I like this product. It's hard for me to find products that don't break me out. It's also inexpensive.  So what's not to love about it right?  Anyone out there tried this product? How you guys like it? Let me know!
